The Transport Services team is the largest business unit at the New Zealand Transport Agency, incorporating a diverse remit of functions from policy through to operational delivery. 

Organisational transformation, leadership changes and a rapidly shifting legislative and social environment over the last three years require a new, more strategic way of thinking about planning and service delivery. 

The executive leadership team enjoyed a six-month strategy journey with Alicia in 2019, moving from strategic priority setting and outcomes planning through to executive coaching and engagement support. 

Since working with Alicia, the team have experienced real clarity of focus, improved planning and communication with the teams and increased alignment around the leadership table.
