In April 2026's Ask A Strategist, we carried our live strategic diagnosis for three leadership challenges:

  1. Fast CEO - A CEO issues new work instructions at warp speed.
  2. Unfunded Priorities  - A Minister won't provide funding for government directives.
  3. Trust Gap - A submitter who isn't trusted by their colleagues.

In less than a lunch-break, we moved from people to problems, outlined the three most important questions for any systems thinker to ask, and considered the most effective interventions to shift any system.
